Thank You ALL for your Good Wishes

Hi All my friends I would like to thank you for all your good wishes, regarding our family grievance. You have all been so kind and you have lifted my spirits up, I have read out your wishes to Brian also and he seems cheered. I decided to have a day out today and spend some time in my shed. I sent my hubby to Dundee with my youngest daughter, they wanted to go and see Carol, but I just want to remember her my way.

Over the last week I have had cards to do 2 for Jenny, my youngest who was 16 on Wednesday, 1 for my brother (which I did not get a chance to take a picture off, as it had to go in the post quickly) whose birthday was Thursday.

My oldest daughter has a birthday and an Anniversary tomorrow, I updated a couple of challenge cards that I had already posted earlier, but made her a new Anniversary Card.

My Aunt & Uncle (who are just a couple of years older than me, more like a brother and sister) are 35 years married on Monday.

I also did a challenge card for Penny Black's challenge today which was Red, White and Blue in honour off our American friends, I went all out with the stars and stripes.

I also did a Xmas challenge card for Winterwonderland (the theme was Blue) and Mojo Monday (I followed the sketch) last week but missed the posting, but thought I would let you all see it anyway.

lastly the Thank-you Card for my Niece to give to her Mum. As I said yesterday this would be the hardest card I would ever make, but after looking through everything and I mean everything in my Shed, I came up with the one that is below:-

Sorry for it being just the one extremely long Post, but I want you all to know how much you inspired me to get back in my shed and craft today, so thank you so much. I have an award to Pass on, which I will have to think about and post at a later date, maybe Tuesday, so until then, my friends thanks for your Hugs and Words of encouragement, they really did work. I have been so busy today I think I will sleep tonight for the 1st time in a long time, fingers crossed Hugs Avril xxxxxxx

Hello Avril, first may I offer my Condolences, it is such sad news for you and your family.
I've been trying to get into your blog for some time now but it just kept freezing up, could'nt make any comments, on one or two other blogs too, I had installed IE8, big mistake, I've taken it off now and seem to be back to normal, hope it stays that way, so do forgive me for not leaving any comments for a while on your lovely work. these that you have made here now are all superb, wonderful cards, I like them all!
Sending you hugs, Jacee

Dear Avril What a terrible time you are having.Your cards are absolutely beautiful. I do believe that crafting helps us to cope with some of the dreadful things life throws at us. It's certainly helped me to live with FMS and brought me some amazing friends. Much love to you. BettyXXX
