Is it a Girl? or Is it a Boy?

Good morning my friends, well the sun is shining here in Edinburgh...yesterday did not go to plan, Brian ended up golfing, but came home with a sore back...so I just crafted..

I have made this card essentially to enter The Paper Shelter, CH#161 - Flower Power.  I won their challenge some time ago, and chose this fabulous image, called, Light of my Life.  I decided to use it to make a card for my future Daughter in Law and the Mother off my soon to be new Grandchild..we still do not know if, Vicky is carrying a Boy or a Girl, so decided to use Lilacs.  I hope you like this card.

Papers, card, gems and flowers from my stash
also embossed a border using the Daisy Embossing Folder, which came free
in the recent -

Vicky should receive this tomorrow and I know she will treasure it...

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:-

Bunny Zoe's Challenge - June - Layers
Card Mania - CMC#48 - Flowers
Crafting from the Heart - CH#22 - Always Anything Goes
My Craft Creations - 9/6-5/7/2014 - Always Anything Goes
Cards Galore - Use a Stamp or Digi
The East Wind - CH#8 Embossing Dry or Wet

That is all from me for now, I have been up most the night in extreme pain, in my knees, head and shoulders, so we shall see what today brings...have a fabulous day, and thank you for visiting. love and hugs xxxx

Hi Avril this is gorgeous I love that image you have used also the wonderful colours and the embossed panel I am a big fan of gingham it looks ACE. Avril in answer to your question yes I do leave some of the hair white on most of the images I cover but sometimes I colour the hair with a very light colour first, it depends on which image I use and what her hair looks like. Hope this helps
