I started with a 6 x 6 scalloped card blank, cut a piece of Silver Mirri to 5 /12 x 5 1/2, cut a piece of white card to 5 x 5. Used the White card, laid the Butterfly Blossom Border stencil over, and spread with the lush, Amethyst Sparkle Medium, left to dry. Cut another Piece of Silver Mirri at 4 x 4 and a Piece of White card at 3 1/2 x 3 1/2. I stamped the Clematis Decoupage Stamp, with Tim Holtz - Dusty Concord Distress Ink Pad, used Clear Embossing Powder, and heat gun to create the raised shine. On a spare piece of card I stamped the Clematis Stamp again, and also the Butterfly and Happy Birthday from the set, and repeated the Inking and Embossing. I then cut the Clematis to decoupage over the main image. I used another strip of Mirri card and add the stamped sentiment, put the card together and added Ribbon from my stash.
I hope you like this card, not happy with the quality of photography which shows a more blue colour, than Purple..really is much nicer in real life.
The Winner and Top 3 from the last months challenge can be found here. Thank you to all who took part.
